The Content That Attracts internship gave me the chance to explore the variety that the social media marketing world has to offer, from organic growth strategies and influencer outreach to email marketing, trend research, and content creation. I gained hands-on experience in everything from shooting and editing short-form content to designing media graphics and collaborating closely with a creative team. On days I wasn’t behind the screen, I had the amazing opportunity to attend exclusive events like galas, beauty awards, women’s networking nights, and even New York Fashion Week. It was such a rewarding and inspiring experience that helped me grow both creatively and professionally!

My internship at Iconogram Group has been one of the most rewarding and impactful experiences of my professional journey so far. From day one, I was welcomed into an environment that encouraged creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. As a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, this experience has been especially valuable, allowing me to wear many different hats, expand my creative and strategic skill set, and transform what I have learned in the classroom into real-world experience. One of the greatest takeaways has been learning from such an experienced and talented team, gaining a deeper understanding of the strategy, creativity, and attention to detail that go into successful social media marketing. I am incredibly grateful to the entire Iconogram Group team for investing in my growth and making this such a positive and unforgettable experience, and I will carry the skills, knowledge, and confidence I gained here throughout my career.

Working with Iconogram has been nothing short of the best. During my senior spring semester, I was looking for an opportunity to enhance my marketing skills and make sure this was truly the career path I wanted before graduating and entering the real world. Working with Jill and her team has taught me so much about how much goes into each and every social media post. The planning, branding, meetings, shoot days, every single step matters. The trust Iconogram puts in their interns went such a long way for building my confidence. We were always able to express our creativity whether it be comprising shot lists, or creating graphics, they always valued our opinion.
